Currently, PDFgear on Android doesn't support adding or removing watermarks in PDFs. I’ve passed your feedback along to the dev team for consideration.
Both PDFgear on Windows and macOS support adding or removing watermarks in PDFs. If you have a desktop device, you could try PDFgear on the desktop.
