choralchamber I think a way to save the pdf file as a searchable scanned pdf after OCR has been performed would take this app to the next level.
Ethan_H PDFgear for macOS now supports ocr pdf to make it searchable. Open your PDF in PDFgear, then go to Home - OCR - OCR to Searchable PDF.
